The Useful Stuff

We currently deliver to any address in Mainland UK for a standard delivery charge of £45 per order. For deliveries to postcode areas G, EH, TD, KA, DG, ML, FK, KY, PA, PH, DD, AB, IV and KW and an additional surcharge of £25 will be added and may be calculated on an individual basis. You will be advised of any changes in delivery costs.

We will advise an estimated delivery time when you place your order. Once your order is ready it will be scheduled for the earliest available delivery date.

Many items of furniture are delivered fully assembled. However, some items of furniture and all our beds require some assembly.

Before buying your furniture it's important that you consider if it will actually fit in your home.  

We advise that you measure the area where you plan to place your item.  You can use masking tape, string or newspaper to help you visualise how much floor space it will take up.

When measuring, always remember to allow for skirting boards, window and door frames, dado rails or radiators etc.  Measure the internal opening of all doors that the item needs to fit through.  You may need to remove any obstructions that may prevent the door being fully opened.  Any corridors, hallways and landing areas should also be measured.  Always allow space for manoeuvering and turning.
 
It is your responsibility to check the access to your designated room - narrow staircases, low beams, and tight turns on a staircase may prevent your furniture from being delivered. Please contact us if you have any concerns and we can advise detailed dimensions for you to check before you order. 
 
We do not accept returns on made to order items unless faulty.
 

Please note: Once your mattress has been removed from its packaging it cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.

On delivery the driver will ask you to sign a form to say that the order was received in good condition. Before you sign, please check that you are happy with your order. If there are any damages please either refuse delivery or state on the paperwork and show the delivery team. If there are any damages, please contact our customer care team on 0333 016 0766 immediately.

For other items such as mattresses, bedding and accessories these will be delivered by carrier via a doorstep delivery service. We will advise you of an estimated delivery time when we confirm your order. Please check all packaging for any signs of damage before signing.
