  • As with every tree in a forest, no two pieces of furniture are exactly the same. Wood is a natural product and will have many visible markings and distinctions - these are not seen as a flaw or fault but a sign of natural beauty and it's what makes each piece of Vezere furniture beautifully unique.
  • Please avoid using spray polishes, abrasive cleaners or other household cleaning products as these are not designed for hardwood furniture as they may leave a residue on the surface of your furniture.
  • To keep your wood furniture looking its best, we recommend regular dusting and an occasional wipe with a soft, clean and damp cloth, followed by a soft, lint free cloth.
  • Soak up any spillages on the fabric as quickly as possible by using a dry, clean, absorbent cloth or kitchen towel. We recommend that you do not rub or scrub the area as this could damage the fabric. It's best that you always test an obscured area of fabric before you try and clean it such as under the cushion to help avoid damage. If in doubt, seek the advice of a professional upholstery cleaner.
  • It is normal that bolts and other fixings may work loose over time and may need a quick tighten every now and again.
  • Try to minimise the position of your furniture from heat, humidity and direct sunlight where possible.
